As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician supporting the Maintenance Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving filling, packaging, and facility equipment that supports the production and delivery of innovative eye care products. You will also support preventive maintenance activities, facility modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards. This position is onsite at our Fort Worth, Texas site.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking, documentation, and equipment systems.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and using a volt meter.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and support efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM), diagnostics, and equipment setup in compliance with cGMP, SOP, safety, quality, and aseptic standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, vendors, and contractors to improve equipment reliability, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation while supporting new equipment installations, engineering changes, and spare parts management.
  • Safely operate maintenance tools and test equipment, adapt to changing production priorities, and support team development through training and knowledge sharing.
