About The Position

This position will oversee the preventative maintenance for all Mann Lake mechanical systems. The role is responsible for providing preventative maintenance service on all mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance and mechanical integrity. The technician will maintain and track equipment service manuals and parts lists, develop and update PM procedures of equipment, and perform dedicated tasks in support of maintenance daily operations. Additionally, the role involves managing spare part inventory and ordering parts. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role required.
• Experience in welding, fabricating, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs required.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• A high level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge is required.
• Well organized and good attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Must be highly self-motivated with good safety habits.
• Ability to work regularly and dependably.
• Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.
