About The Position

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities. Your key tasks will include performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; monitoring equipment performance and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency; maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections; collaborating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption; assisting in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality; and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary to maintain digital records and utilize maintenance management software.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license.

  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
  • Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
