About The Position

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician performs routine and emergency maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, shears, and CNC machines. The role diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; carries out preventive maintenance; and documents maintenance activities in the system. The technician works with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability, follows safety standards and company policies, and assists with equipment installations and improvement projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication machinery.
• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Technical certification.
