Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Industrial maintenance experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Valid Driver's License required
Knowledge of welding, fabricating, PLC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general industrial maintenance
Knowledgeable in hydraulic pumps but will familiarize you on our equipment.
Safe work practice knowledge
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Some basic computer and tablet knowledge

Nice To Haves

Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Electrical License/Training preferred

Responsibilities

Keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen.
Performing a wide range of repair tasks around the facility.
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, windows, door, or wall repairs.
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing, and restore full use of water fixtures.
Working on damaged electrical wiring when a short or severed wire occurs.
Maintaining the buildings HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Painting the building when old paint has been peeled or chipped.
Other tasks as assigned.
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Other various duties as needed or as assigned.
