About The Position

Prince Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Machine Operator. This role offers paid training, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to build a career with a locally owned hydraulic manufacturer. The position involves operating robotic CNC equipment, inspecting finished parts, reading work instructions, and performing quality checks. The starting pay is $21-$28 DOE with a $2.00 shift premium for the 2nd shift, and performance evaluations occur every four months.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a great attendance record and the ability to show up.
• Must have basic computer skills including operation of a mouse and keyboard.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and have strong grip strength.
