Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred
  • Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers.
  • Operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production data.
  • Operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness.
  • Ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Transforming raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process.
  • Setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment.
  • Keeping the workspace clean and safe.
  • Operate machine safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
  • Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
