Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred
- Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers.
- Operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production data.
- Operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness.
- Ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Transforming raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process.
- Setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment.
- Keeping the workspace clean and safe.
- Operate machine safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
- Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
