About The Position

Propelis is looking for career-oriented, hardworking, and dependable manufacturing professionals to join our production team. We are seeking individuals who can work independently, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and are willing to cross-train in multiple positions. This role involves operating all machinery designed to manufacture gravure cylinder bases, including plating, engraving, and proofing. You will work in a climate-controlled environment and have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process.   • Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Responsibilities

  • Operate all machinery designed to manufacture gravure cylinder bases to the required specifications.
  • Work in areas of plating, engraving, and proofing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Cross-train in multiple positions.
  • Physically type data into a computer keyboard.
  • Interact verbally in person and on the phone.
  • Perform duties requiring close vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
