About The Position
Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred
- Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HMI control panels (Stamper Operator)
- Forklift and hoist experience (Reroller Operator)
- Comfort in confined spaces for machine clean-out (Mix Operator)
- Heavy equipment experience (Mix Operator)
- Experience working with chemicals and advanced machinery (Lamination Operator)
Responsibilities
- Operate machine safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
- Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
