Requirements

Previous experience operating a machine or working in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Subject to both preemployment and post-employment (random) drug testing. Additionally, we will conduct drug and alcohol testing in cases of reasonable suspicion and post-accident as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

Controls and monitors the film production of his or her designated line(s).
Oversees the quality, housekeeping, and safety of the designated extrusion line(s).
Maintains clear communication with all Plant Department in an effort to produce quality base film.
Creates the visual aspect (the ink on the bags) to our manufacturing process.
Responsible for setting up the bag machine to convert rolls of printed or plain rolls of film into bags of varying sizes and shapes per customer specifications.
