About The Position

Novolex supplies food, beverage, and specialty packaging to foodservice, delivery/takeout, food processors, grocery and retail, and industrial partners. We manufacture and source across resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and beyond—offering stock and custom products in 120 categories, 250 brands, and over 39,000 SKUs. Requirements

One year or more of manufacturing experience.
Manual dexterity and strong hand–eye coordination.
Effective written and verbal communication; analytical thinking.
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping habits.
Basic math ability; comfortable using calculators for production metrics.
Capability to troubleshoot minor machine problems.
Experience with measurement tools such as levels.
Knowledge of product quality expectations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely while outperforming targets for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
Troubleshoot issues quickly; adjust machine components and settings to stabilize flow.
Pursue smart process improvements that raise productivity and consistency.
Share know-how with newer teammates and help them build confidence.
Complete end-of-shift reports with precision: crew time, machine time, production quantities.
Audit product for defects and make immediate corrections to protect standards.
Follow standard work, housekeeping expectations, and all safety guidelines.
Use mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and clear communication to keep work moving.
