About The Position

International Paper is seeking motivated individuals interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing leadership. This hands-on internship provides exposure to all aspects of our manufacturing operations, with interns spending approximately 80% of their time working alongside production teams on the manufacturing floor. The remaining 20% will focus on leadership development, including a leadership-related project. Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Requirements

Pursuing a degree in a related field such as manufacturing, operations management, engineering, paper science, business, or leadership studies.
Graduating between March 2028 and June 2029
Sophomore or Junior school year
US work authorization is required
