About The Position

This role requires the ability to perform all essential functions of a Team Technician, demonstrating a thorough understanding of procedures and the capability to execute all required changeovers. The position involves completing training assessments aligned with Team Support (TS) requirements and enforcing safety regulations, including offering suggestions for improvement. The Manufacturing Lead Team Tech will also prepare and lead informational Toolbox meetings as directed by the Team Leader, verify process records to ensure adherence to standards, and evaluate process rework/scrap, authorizing and recording dispositions according to established procedures. Additionally, the role involves implementing the established rotation schedule, ensuring compliance with the 4S program, and reporting machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
