About The Position

Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free by delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are rethinking every layer of the stack, acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. This role is focused on owning the launch of manufacturing lines or plants, taking them from installation through first units to rate production against a dated ramp. The ideal candidate will run the launch war room, ensuring readiness across equipment, people, parts, and quality, and drive cross-functional calls to manage what ships, what slips, and what gets fixed. Additionally, this role involves building the launch playbook to enable faster subsequent factory launches.

Requirements

Launched manufacturing lines or plants to rate, and hit the curve.
Run launch readiness across every function without owning any of them.
Make the call in the gray zone and stand behind it.
Recovered a launch that was going sideways.
Document the playbook while running the play.

Responsibilities
