About The Position

Work just 15 days a month — and make every shift count! Join our training team on a stable, non-rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule that offers balance and predictability. As a Manufacturing Job Trainer, you will develop workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across all production shifts. Our department builds functional expertise through a strong training organization that supports new and existing employees in high‑volume production and warehouse environments. This role includes skills assessment, standardized work instruction, hands‑on coaching, and cross‑functional partnership to drive operational excellence, scalability, and compliance. Shift Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to work a 12-hour night shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) as business needs dictate. As the site ramps up operations, trainers in this department may be assigned to second shift to support onboarding, training, and production activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
  • Proven success delivering training in high‑volume environments.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (6am–6pm).

  • TWI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on operator training and floor coaching.
  • Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
  • Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
  • Conduct cross‑shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
  • Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
  • Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with standards.
  • Communicate process or quality updates to the workforce.
  • Recommend improvements based on training feedback.
