About The Position

Lake Air Products is hosting a hiring event for various manufacturing positions. This event will take place on Wednesday, June 17th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at their Little Chute production facility. On-the-spot interviews will be conducted, with the possibility of same-day job offers. Priority will be given to candidates who pre-register by applying with an up-to-date resume. The company manufactures Powersports Equipment, Outdoor Automotive Sports Equipment, Lawn Care Equipment, Aerospace & Defense Equipment, Medical Equipment, EV & Charging Equipment, and more.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual lawfully admitted for temporary residence in the U.S. as a refugee or asylee) or obtain an export control license for positions subject to export control regulation at the Little Chute, Wisconsin facility.
