About The Position

This is a Summer Experience internship program designed to provide early-in-career talent with valuable experience and professional development. As a Manufacturing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, assisting with production processes, assembly, and quality checks. The internship offers exposure to equipment operation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional teamwork with departments like Quality, Production Planning, and Engineering. You will learn about manufacturing processes, gain experience with operational systems, and contribute to projects aimed at improving production efficiency and quality. The program focuses on developing practical skills in problem-solving, process monitoring, and teamwork, while making meaningful contributions to daily operations.

Requirements

Currently entering Sophomore year or higher in a related program
Basic computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to PPE guidelines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role

Responsibilities
