About The Position

The Stellantis Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated, innovative, and inspired individuals to work on challenging assignments where contribution, teamwork and communication are vital to the success of the organization. Interns will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. Interns that demonstrate outstanding qualities may be invited back for a return internship the following summer or may be considered for full-time positions.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a manufacturing-related program at an accredited university (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • Willingness to relocate for internship.
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the Spring 2027.
  • Must be willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes.
  • Strong interest in manufacturing and manufacturing operations in the automotive industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) processes, products and services in the following areas: Assembly Operations, Engine and Transmission Manufacturing, Manufacturing Planning and Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Stamping Operations, Manufacturing Quality.
