About The Position

The Manufacturing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities within the assigned department to support safe, efficient, and productive operations. This position provides day-to-day direction and leadership to production employees, monitors productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and work performance, and helps ensure production schedules and priorities are met. The Manufacturing Foreman works closely with Plant Management and other departments to maintain production flow, address operational and workflow issues, support employee training and development, and promote compliance with Company policies, procedures, PPE requirements, and safety standards. The position is expected to lead by example and contribute to a professional, respectful, quality-focused, and safety-conscious work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Prior supervisory, lead, or Foreman experience preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead employees and manage production activities.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documentation, and safety procedures.
Ability to work the assigned shift and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the assigned department.
Direct employees and ensure production schedules and priorities are followed.
Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and work performance.
Provide direction, training, coaching, and feedback to employees.
Ensure employees follow Company policies, procedures, PPE requirements, and safety practices.
Identify and address production problems, equipment issues, quality concerns, and workflow inefficiencies.
Coordinate with Plant Management and other departments to maintain production flow.
Assist with investigations involving safety, quality, attendance, or employee performance.
Maintain accurate production and departmental records as required.
Promote a professional, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
