About The Position
Masters Gallery Foods is looking for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Facility Custodian. This role involves cleaning, dusting, and maintaining various areas of the facility, including office spaces, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and all eating areas. The custodian will also be responsible for emptying garbage and recycling, and refilling soap, sanitizer, and towel dispensers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven team player but can also work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Ability to read well enough to determine which cleaning products to use for various jobs and to understand the directions and warnings which appear on product labels
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Continuous reaching and similar repetitive movements are required
- Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, dusting, and maintaining office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms and all eating areas outside.
- Emptying garbage and recycling.
- Refilling empty soap, sanitizer and towel dispensers in all areas as needed.
