About The Position
As a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and assessing employees within the factory. This position plays a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies that drive profitability by eliminating manufacturing and distribution costs and losses while improving manufacturing asset intensity.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Operational Master Planning activities for the factory, including ownership of data to support at all levels.
- Deliver appropriate training and coaching to build the capabilities of people within the factory.
- Coach & lead projects as needed.
- Support all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) pillars to drive implementation of world class manufacturing through TPM.
- Support the development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines.
- Coach data health on factory floor and operational reviews
