About The Position
This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks. This is our MD Fill, A2 Night Shift: 6pm-6:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday.
Requirements
- Experience setting up production/manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
- HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate.
- Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct
- Understand and follow all GMP and Safety regulations
- Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician.
- Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities.
- Vocational training to increase skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions.
