Requirements

Proficient skills in project management, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Mechanically inclined and able to assist hands-on with maintenance projects.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment.
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
Extensive knowledge of project management principles.
High school diploma and 1 year of related experience, OR 5+ years of managing projects and third-party contractors, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform repetitive operations.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience and/or will be required to learn Creo Engineering Software and CAD/CAM Software.
High-level project management skills.
Strong understanding of facilities, security, and maintenance.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Strong mah skills.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines, schedule work, and manage contractors.
Read and correctly interpret simple and complex drawings.
Assist with onsite maintenance tasks as needed.
Update management on project status and progress.
Ensure all contractors meet all safety requirements.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facility security.
Build a strong, positive working environment between operations and facility project teams.
Support shop requirements for the execution of projects.
