About The Position
In this role, you will impact manufacturing operations by enhancing process reliability, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence. You will support manufacturing engineering projects through process development, testing, and validation; troubleshoot manufacturing issues with cross-functional teams; and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and equipment specifications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating automation equipment and associated computers.
- Experience with Draftsight (CAD) or equivalent, and creating detailed documents using Excel, Word, and photo capture software.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- Must be a “US Person” under US export laws or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in electronics, manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with auto epoxy dispense, pick and place, and wire bonding equipment.
