About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will provide hands-on production support for packaging operations, ensuring equipment reliability, process efficiency, and minimal downtime. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance by rapidly identifying issues, escalating concerns, and implementing effective solutions to support production goals.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Create and analyze relevant process/equipment metrics to improve the process/equipment
Investigate and correct problems involving the manufacturing processes and equipment
Provide production floor support/troubleshooting
Ensure all necessary spare parts are on hand and material of contact documented
Perform/coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration
Work with equipment vendors to procure/maintain/troubleshoot equipment
