About The Position

This is a Day Shift position Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Input all new products, parts, and routings into the Business System for manufacturing utilization. 2. Provide technical leadership resolving manufacturing production floor problems; train supervisors/line leads on new techniques, procedures, and processes. 3. Schedule, facilitate, and provide status reports for proto/pilot builds and coordinate their completion throughout manufacturing. 4. Receive, track, and control new or revised parts for proto inventory. 5. Independently manage, update, and coordinate sustaining Engineering Change Orders. 6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 7. Understand. Create. Simplify. 8. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Associate technical degree or equivalent experience Intermediate understanding of Excel Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications Two years Manufacturing Engineering Department experience Understanding of programming with Visual Basic Location Pullman, WA - This position is located in Pullman, WA. Pay Range Data We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $35.83-$52.94 per hour. Requirements

  • Associate technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate understanding of Excel
