About The Position
This is a contract position for a Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader working the 2nd shift at the Meta site in New Albany, OH. The role is for a working lead who controls shift execution, labor balance, exceptions, and handoffs. The supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial/engineering technicians, leading, training, and coaching them. They will supervise all industrial/engineering tasks in the department and assure processes and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in industrial/engineering technician oversight
- Ability to lead, train, and coach technical staff
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Responsibilities
- Controls shift execution, labor balance, exceptions, and handoffs.
- Oversee day to day operations of industrial/engineering technicians.
- Lead, train and coach other industrial/engineering technicians.
- Supervise all industrial/engineering tasks in the department.
