As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. As a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a talented team of engineers, guiding us in the application of manufacturing principles to bring our innovative products to life. You'll be responsible for overseeing the team's efforts in ensuring our products are efficient and cost-effectively producible. This role is perfect for a proven leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Working with the UEV team to bring the next generation of vehicles to market will require strong ability to work in white space, challenge existing constraints, pursue efficient total landed solutions and design for automation.
