About The Position

onsemi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the performance, reliability, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment supporting Implant, IHR, and Probe operations. This role is critical to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment operation in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment. The team consists of Equipment Engineers and Technicians on a four-shift compressed work week. The budget for Spares/Consumables is $3M-4M. The area of focus is Implant, IHR, and Probe, with a day shift that supports 24/7 operations. The equipment includes Ion Implant/Epitaxy (Varian / VIISta HCP, 3000XP, VIISta 810; Axcelis GSD200, ASM Epsilon 2000), IHR (supporting various equipment in electrical and mechanical repair), and Test / Probe (Keithley / Agilent parametric testers, Credence probe testers, Electroglass wafer probers and cards). onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future, focusing on automotive and industrial end-markets, accelerating change in megatrends such as vehicle electrification and safety, sustainable energy grids, industrial automation, and 5G and cloud infrastructure. Requirements

  • Highly skilled and motivated in Equipment Engineering & Maintenance
  • Ability to lead and optimize the performance, reliability, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment
  • Experience ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment operation in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Ion Implant/Epitaxy equipment including Varian / VIISta HCP, 3000XP, VIISta 810; Axcelis GSD200, ASM Epsilon 2000
  • Knowledge of IHR equipment for electrical and mechanical repair
  • Knowledge of Test / Probe equipment including Keithley / Agilent parametric testers, Credence probe testers, and Electroglass wafer probers and cards
