About The Position
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, improving production processes, and driving operational excellence across our South Bend manufacturing facility. You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading strategic initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations.
- Improve production processes.
- Drive operational excellence across the South Bend manufacturing facility.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee a team of approximately 12 Manufacturing Engineers.
- Serve as a key partner to Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering leaders.
