The company offers a 12-week summer internship opportunity for current college students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in specific disciplines. This program provides challenging assignments, leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and networking opportunities. Interns will gain exposure to various assignments including Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, Quality Systems Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing/Procurement Cycle, Material Handling, Sales Inventory Operations Planning, and Productivity Generation & Tracking. Participants in the student programs will also have the opportunity to interview for full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Operations or direct hire opportunities. The position is designated as On-Site in Hastings, NE.

Requirements

Pursuing a BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain Management
Cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
At least one internship or work experience
Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Willing to be mobile and relocate to Hastings, NE for internship
