About The Position

GDMS has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to help translate engineering designs into reliable, repeatable production processes. The selected candidate will work alongside manufacturing engineers, production teams, and other technical colleagues to support process development, document work instructions, analyze production data, and help investigate manufacturing issues. The intern may also contribute to improvements in quality, efficiency, and producibility. This role offers hands-on experience, a competitive wage, and a flexible work environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Preference for a standing of a sophomore or higher.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice To Haves

  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
