About The Position

This position will be full-time from January 2027 - August 2027. Under general direction, participate in and/or lead support projects related to Safety, Continuous Improvement, Lean, and 80/20 across a variety of functions in our Machine Shop and Foundry facilities. Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Knowledgeable with 3D CAD software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Major preferred.
• Interest in a career path in the industrial manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard work instructions specific to machines or work processes.
