About The Position

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will be a dedicated resource to focus on improving Chaska’s manufacturing processes, which is vital for Entegris to maintain its cost effectiveness and maintain its expected lead times. In this role, the Co Op will work with cross-functional teams on process improvement and set up reduction projects which will enable improved manufacturing capacity and predictability in Operations.

• Must be present on site and comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

• Demonstrated leadership preferred: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership on work projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing set up times and inefficiencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Implement changes to mitigate production capacity issues and reduce set-up times.
• Work to improve manufacturing processes and drive change.
• Evaluate process times and work to understand production and implement solutions to drive change.
