Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op Spring 2027 - Indefinite Work Authorization Required
About The Position
Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting and supporting a Manufacturing Engineer of an assigned Plant with the following duties. This role requires the candidate to be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees, and must have their own means of reliable communication. The position requires the ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio. Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States and this position is not one for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.

- Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Perform Time Studies
- Develop and perform process reviews.
- Review production problems and help Identify a solution.
- Develop, implement, and update documentation.
- Review or modify CAD drawings.
- Work closely with production employees to gather data.
