Responsibilities

  • Provide input to all continuous improvement suggestions in areas assigned.
  • Initiate cost reduction proposals through automation and manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with factory employees and supervisory personnel providing Manufacturing Engineering services across all production departments.
  • Provide Manufacturing Engineering input during product line start-ups and upgrading of existing production facilities.
  • Update Manufacturing Engineering documentation and standards.
  • Time will be split between production support, continuous improvement and project work.
  • Resolves issues/makes working decisions within area of specialization or responsibility with minimal supervision.
