About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer designs tooling and equipment for product assembly and testing, and supports commissioning or upgrading test equipment to current Extract standards. The role creates tooling and equipment drawing packages using SolidWorks and manages projects to develop new processes and equipment designs. It also supports daily manufacturing activities, solves problems proactively, and applies new techniques to improve production safety and efficiency. The engineer takes large-scale manufacturing equipment designs from concept through completion, creates work instructions for new processes, leads cross-functional projects, and supervises subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely and correctly. Other work-related tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency using SolidWorks.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter willing to take on complex challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Nice To Haves

• Oil and Gas industry experience.

Responsibilities
