Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with Project Management, Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Capability for MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support assigned manufacturing processes; troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain flow.
  • Develop, standardize, and improve manufacturing methods, processes, and work instructions.
  • Partner with design engineering on new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing product improvements.
  • Drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles to improve quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Participate in DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and design reviews.
  • Define tooling, fixtures, and equipment requirements; support capital justification, procurement, and validation.
  • Support MES and manufacturing systems implementation and enhancements.
  • Contribute to plant productivity initiatives and risk reduction efforts (safety/ergonomics).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and manufacturing data systems.
