The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Manufacturing Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Identify and implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, service, and productivity. Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and reduce downtime. Lead process and equipment improvement initiatives from concept through execution. Develop capital project justifications and manage projects to successful completion. Support daily manufacturing operations, including EHS activities, Management of Change (MOC), OEE analysis, and performance improvement efforts. Investigate defects and process variation using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods. Lead Continuous Improvement projects and clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and progress. Create and maintain process standards and operational documentation. Provide engineering support for assigned manufacturing areas, including occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role, especially with process equipment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience with capital planning, budget management, and project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis experience with tools such as Excel, Minitab, and SQL.
  • Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and PLC programming.
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.
