Participates in project team meetings, manages tasks, schedule and deliverables for achieving successful on schedule completion with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.) Lead through vision. Keep the Company’s vision at the forefront in decision-making and action. Knowledge of relevant product development methods and best practices (i.e. Design for Manufacturing, PFMEA, Lean, Agile development). Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills required. Excellent people skills required. Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations. Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Desired Qualifications Required Education: BS in Engineering or related field Preferred Education: Advanced degree in Engineering or related field Experience: Hearing or medical device experience preferred. Understanding of LEAN methodologies, the tools and has experience using them. 2+ years of experience in a production environment with assembly and leading engineering projects.
