About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer is an entry-to-developing individual contributor who supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems. The role applies manufacturing engineering principles to execute defined projects, improve process performance, support manufacturing readiness, and resolve technical issues. The engineer works with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D/Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and other partners to deliver safe, reliable, efficient manufacturing solutions that meet business and product requirements, while developing increasing independence in technical problem solving, project execution, data analysis, and communication of recommendations. The engineer supports process and equipment development, implementation, qualification, and improvement; translates product and design requirements into manufacturing processes and supporting documentation; and contributes to readiness for new products, design and process changes, and production builds. The role owns defined projects or workstreams, applies structured problem-solving and data analysis, provides hands-on support during builds, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, and communicates technical information and project status to stakeholders. The position is based in Santa Clara, California, and is identified as onsite.
