As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll analyze and optimize our assembly and production processes, ensuring that we deliver top-tier quality—on time and on budget. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on manufacturing support with long-term process improvement initiatives. You’ll own projects from concept through implementation and play a key role in scaling production capability.

  • Solid experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, & CAD required.
  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and root cause analysis in a production environment.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead – able to identify issues, take ownership, and drive solutions independently.

Nice To Haves

  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP Systems preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic/international) and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maximizing throughput & quality: Analyze operations and recommend improvements to make our processes leaner, faster, and better.
  • Leading process improvement: Own projects that reduce costs and elevate productivity across assembly operations.
  • Driving documentation excellence: Create and maintain critical documentation like Process Control Plans, Work Center Layouts, and SOPs.
  • Supporting new product launches: Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to the assembly floor.
  • Identify issues and manage countermeasures to drive world-class quality. Recommend training or improvements as needed. Lead process audits and suggest engineering changes that boost product integrity.
  • Design and implement assembly processes for new and existing products. Conduct time studies and help reduce cycle times. Assist in component changes, material flow, and scheduling coordination.
  • Spearhead projects that make us more efficient and cost-effective. Drive plant layout changes, evaluate new equipment, and lead tooling upgrades. Champion continuous improvement in every corner of the shop floor.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance across all processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with assembly, engineering, and warehouse teams.

Benefits

  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • A strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
