Investigate, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and performance. Apply structured problem-solving and lean methodologies to address manufacturing challenges and drive improvements. Support validation of equipment and processes, both internally and with external vendors. Develop and qualify test equipment and methods to ensure product and process reliability. Participate in initiatives to meet production and supply commitments within manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment to ensure compliance and quality standards. Analyze manufacturing performance and implement continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
