Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Plastics Engineering.
Minimum of two years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages and completes engineering projects of moderate scope, including planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation.
Supports equipment installation, modifications, and process improvements to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Troubleshoots equipment and process issues, partnering with production teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Performs data collection and analysis to identify trends in process performance, equipment reliability, and production efficiency.
Leads and supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Conducts root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve process stability and performance.
Prepares and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, setup procedures, and equipment-related materials.
Collaborates with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support daily operations and long-term improvements.
