Manufacturing Engineer

RalliantChandler, AZ

About The Position

This role involves assisting Manufacturing Engineers in establishing lean manufacturing principles, working with production associates to resolve process documentation issues, and modifying/updating manufacturing procedures. The position requires generating requests for tooling and equipment, collecting and analyzing production data, and managing engineering work orders. Additionally, the role supports the design and implementation of tooling and process improvements, conducts engineering analyses (PFMEA, process hazard analysis, root cause investigations), and executes engineering studies. The Manufacturing Engineer will also support production readiness reviews, provide floor support for issue identification and process improvements, and verify tooling readiness for Sales Order Kickoff (SOCLE) activities. Maintaining manufacturing parameter databases, collaborating with various teams (Production, Quality, Program Management, etc.), capturing tribal knowledge, and supporting manufacturing automation initiatives are key responsibilities. The role may also involve supporting production areas without dedicated Manufacturing Engineering resources.
