Requirements

Mechanical Engineering degree from 4-year program (required)
0-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking (required)
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word) (required)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus)
MRP/ERP system experience (plus)

Responsibilities

Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50-ohm microwave cable assemblies
Create and review technical drawings, including customer-provided specifications and documentation.
Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings.
Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures.
Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external parties.
Perform other job‑related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs.
