About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You will work with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products. Applying engineering and design-for-excellence principles, you will estimate and reduce manufacturing or product costs, improve product quality, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. You will also develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results and work methods, and help identify root causes and corrective actions to support operational success. Expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement will support productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of semiconductor experience or experience in another industry.
General knowledge of the semiconductor industry developed through education or experience.
