About The Position

You will support manufacturing and industrialization activities by assisting with product lifecycle execution, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives under established procedures and guidance. Your role: Support Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) sub‑projects by acting as a manufacturing point of contact for assigned technologies, working under guidance from senior engineers. Provide input into manufacturing requirements, production readiness, and documentation to support smooth transitions from design to manufacturing. Assist in creating and maintaining quality control plans and work instructions in alignment with safety, regulatory, environmental, and internal business standards. Support equipment installation and process ramp‑up activities at the site, helping ensure stable and compliant start‑up of manufacturing processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by applying basic lean manufacturing principles to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Cost Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with vocational education in a manufacturing engineering environment.
  • Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, environment, health and safety (EHS), and product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures, apply analytical thinking, and escalate issues appropriately in a structured manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communicator with consolidated organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to contribute to project execution in a team environment.
