About The Position

Wonder is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to help build and scale production of its Infinite Kitchen product suite. The Wonder Robotics Manufacturing team translates product designs into reliable, scalable restaurant equipment through effective assembly processes, controlled engineering changes, and close collaboration with contract manufacturers. The role supports day-to-day assembly operations at Wonder’s contract manufacturing facility in Westborough, Massachusetts. The engineer will resolve build issues, improve assembly and testing processes, and communicate manufacturing insights to design engineers. The position supports manufacturing operations for the Infinite Kitchen suite, including work to implement design changes, deviations, and reworks; improve production throughput and reliability; and support component-level design-for-manufacture efforts. The role is in person five days per week, based between the Boston-area contract manufacturing location and Wonder’s Charlestown office depending on project needs. The base salary range is $124,000–$134,000 per year.
