Requirements

  • Experience with Optical, Mechatronics, HVAC and Electromechanical technologies and sophisticated, precision, industrial equipment.
  • Precision Motion Control Instrument background; microscopes, robotics, medical, stages, etc.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in optics, opto-mechanics, and motion control systems.
  • An effective communicator able to share technical information with functional groups.
  • Results oriented and driven to excel.
  • Agility and ability to flourish in a fast-paced program.
  • Natural curiosity, inventiveness, and an interest in making things work better.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; OR Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing metrology in semiconductor capital equipment or other manufacturing industries and handling technical issues with external suppliers a plus!
